Most financial calculators are hard to figure out. FinCalc3 is easy. It is a simple financial calculator for loans and mortgages. You don’t need to be a finance wizard to get answers about your payment, rate, loan length or loan amount. Provide 3 of the 4 parts of the loan and FinCalc3 will solve for the 4th part. If you know any 3 of:
- Loan Amount
- Interest Rate
- Length of Loan
- Monthly Payment
FinCalc3 will calculate the missing field.

You can answer questions like:
- What will my payment be on a $250,000 loan at 3.75% for 15 years?
- How much can I borrow at 4% for 30 years with a $1,500 payment?
- How long will it take to pay off a $75,000 loan at 6% if I pay $2,000 per month?
- What rate do I need to repay a 30,000 loan over 5 years with a $600 payment?

That’s all it does. No Ads. Its a simple financial calculator.
