One of the best music apps. I miss MP3s and this is the closest I have gotten to one. There is no adds. It's easy to use. Never had any problems with it, and I have used this app a little over a year. The only thing haven't figured out is how to get it to play the songs in the right order that they are in the list. No matter what I do it just jumps randomly between songs instead of taking them in the order I have them. But besides that small problem. This app is perfect

I've been enjoying this Simple Music Player for a year or so, until yesterday May 4th 2026, when it stopped working. I'm not sure what the reason is for this, but I hope by posting this I can find out.

No folder support. No basic folder playing support and thus not fit for purpose. 1 star until fixed. No excuses from devs below accepted, including their erroneous claims that their app works "as intended". The app is broken and multiple reviews here have confirmed this.

Does not run behind other apps. When I open my browser it closes. Without the app staying in the foreground, it fails to run.

Super difficult to organize my music. I wanted a simple music player without so many ads all the time that was easy to organize. Unfortunately, the ads part is good but not organizing
