So prior to this, I did this w/a counselor; that helps the most. W/PTSD there are exercises that may be needed before EMDR (write a narrative, etc.). Don't expect miracles with this unless you do those too. For this app, I write a file to talk me through event(s) (w/text to speech in AI Reader) while using this. It's laid some more minor intrusive things to rest but EMDR's best done with a professional.
