There are multiple ways to connect, through the app, email, or a reminder text, each with links to the meeting! This app is called simple practice client portal when you download it here, and client portal in the app drawer. It seems like a small thing -- but I can't search for it in the app drawer as simple practice because they haven't bothered to alphabetize it with the correct name. Little things matter. Wasting my time matters. Attention to detail is not in this developers' wheelhouse.

Why in the world does the appointment time in the app not include the time zone?! On one hand, a time zone seems like basic user information. On the other hand, failure to indicate the time zone designation introduces a huge margin of error for users operating in multiple time zones. Is the time zone following me, or is it based on my home page? Either way, a time without a time zone requires too much guess work for my taste. Very 20th century mindset.

The billing is very confusing and hard to contact. They will cancel scheduled appointments for no payment but can't prepay and the invoice doesn't show up automatically after a session or check in. I'm always having trouble with my connection as well. My care team is great. This review is solely on the connection and the billing aspects. It's wild billing will cancel the appointments of people with MH on medications that can cause confusion and memory losses. Making them vulnerable to no meds.

It would be really nice if I could actually use the messaging app. I guess it just hates Android phones. It makes it really hard to talk to my therapist and thus impacts my treatment. Not a good app. Edit: The app is even worse now I can hardly hear or see my therapist during appointments. Just don't even bother with this app. The developers clearly don't care about making a good app.
