I use it every week for Voice Feminization Therapy with my Therapist who lives in another state, and the connection has been excellent! FYI, I'm usually on my Galaxy phone! There are multiple ways to connect, through the app, email, or a reminder text, each with links to the meeting! This has been a game changer for me, and allowed me to keep working with my Therapist, who has helped me more than anyone else could. I feel extremely blessed! Thank you 🩷

This app has been nothing short of amazing! Very user-friendly, it's a good way to communicate with your provider as well as book an appointment in advance. Not to mention if you need to see them earlier than what you previously scheduled, you can see their availability for that current day.

It would be really nice if I could actually use the messaging app. I guess it just hates Android phones. It makes it really hard to talk to my therapist and thus impacts my treatment. Not a good app. Edit: The app is even worse now I can hardly hear or see my therapist during appointments. Just don't even bother with this app. The developers clearly don't care about making a good app.

Great at first a year ago but now just opening the app takes forever to load, signing documents takes forever to load or errors out. Haven't been able to see an announcement in months. It starts loading then I get an error message and even getting that message takes forever. To think I was going to consider using this for a future practice. I would not use if it's going to he is burdensome for my patients.

Why in the world does the appointment time in the app not include the time zone?! On one hand, a time zone seems like basic user information. On the other hand, failure to indicate the time zone designation introduces a huge margin of error for users operating in multiple time zones. Is the time zone following me, or is it based on my home page? Either way, a time without a time zone requires too much guess work for my taste. Very 20th century mindset.

The billing is very confusing and hard to contact. They will cancel scheduled appointments for no payment but can't prepay and the invoice doesn't show up automatically after a session or check in. I'm always having trouble with my connection as well. My care team is great. This review is solely on the connection and the billing aspects. It's wild billing will cancel the appointments of people with MH on medications that can cause confusion and memory losses. Making them vulnerable to no meds.
