The SimplePractice Client Portal Android app empowers you to manage care for you or your loved ones from one secure place. Stay connected with your practitioner between appointments from the convenience of your phone. Your personal information is kept private, yet easily accessible for your convenience.
Simplify how you access care with features like: • Passwordless login – Securely log into your Client Portal without the hassle of a username or password by setting up a passcode or turn on biometrics (if enabled on your Android device) • Personalized notifications – Get push notifications sent right to your phone regarding any new messages, invoices, or documents that have been sent to you by your practitioner. • Secure messaging – Message your practitioner directly from your phone knowing that all communication is secure and private. • Upcoming appointments and requests – View all your upcoming appointments, and request a new appointment with your practitioner directly from the app. • Digital payments – Add new payment methods to pay your bills including HSA and FSA cards. To access the SimplePractice Client Portal Android app, you must be invited to use the SimplePractice Client Portal by your practitioner. When you first log into the app, the email you provided to your practitioner will be used to authenticate your Client Portal access. This app has been nothing short of amazing! Very user-friendly, it's a good way to communicate with your provider as well as book an appointment in advance. Not to mention if you need to see them earlier than what you previously scheduled, you can see their availability for that current day.

It was a little difficult for 0me to get in at first, and it takes a few extra steps that I wish they did not exist there, so I could communicate more easily. For example today I did not see anything in my emails for my meeting at 4:00 and now must get ready for that.

This app is called simple practice client portal when you download it here, and client portal in the app drawer. It seems like a small thing -- but I can't search for it in the app drawer as simple practice because they haven't bothered to alphabetize it with the correct name. Little things matter. Wasting my time matters. Attention to detail is not in this developers' wheelhouse.

The billing is very confusing and hard to contact. They will cancel scheduled appointments for no payment but can't prepay and the invoice doesn't show up automatically after a session or check in. I'm always having trouble with my connection as well. My care team is great. This review is solely on the connection and the billing aspects. It's wild billing will cancel the appointments of people with MH on medications that can cause confusion and memory losses. Making them vulnerable to no meds.

It would be really nice if I could actually use the messaging app. I guess it just hates Android phones. It makes it really hard to talk to my therapist and thus impacts my treatment. Not a good app. Edit: The app is even worse now I can hardly hear or see my therapist during appointments. Just don't even bother with this app. The developers clearly don't care about making a good app.
