Best and easiest physical therapy online. My employer provided the service for us for a few years. Miss my workouts since our company switched providers. Just can't get motivated to do other programs. Will probably check into paying out of pocket because I do believe this is one of the best online programs. Great for people with a full schedule because it is very effective, and the workouts are shorter than most. Truly helped me with my injury and helped strengthen areas I needed. Thank you!

Not so hot couldn't verify I worked for my employer evan after supplying them with my ID that I now regret doing. The app won't continue past this, so there's no real way of even finding out if it's worth the trouble.

Employer-based plan. So don't download if you aren't part of a company that has this. The low review is because this SHOULD be in the very beginning of the description so people don't waste their time with something they can't access. There is one small sentence, way down in the written description saying "Simple Therapy is Used by organizations to help their employees and their families. " But that makes it sound like "we're so good organizations use us."

I am having horrible trouble with this app when I need help the most. I am in tremendous pain and I tried setting up an account. It told me the email I entered was already on file so I entered a different email, and it tells me I am not covered. I go back and use the previous email under the log in mode and try to reset my password, but then it tells me it doesn't have that email on file. So it both has the email on file, but it doesn't recognize it at the same time. Unbelievable.
