Simplify: AI ToDo & Planner

Stuck staring at a goal that feels too big to start?

Simplify is the AI to-do list that breaks overwhelming tasks into small, 5-minute steps you can actually do today. No more endless lists you never touch. Just tap a goal — "Launch my Etsy shop", "Learn React Native", "Plan my wedding" — and AI splits it into clear, sequential micro-tasks ranked from easiest first.

It's a daily planner, task manager, focus timer, habit streak tracker, and smart reminder app in one. Built for people who get overwhelmed by traditional to-do apps.

🤖 AI Subtask Magic — your unfair advantage

Behind Simplify is a multi-model AI engine that decides how many micro-tasks your goal actually needs. Tiny goals get 2-3 steps. Big projects get a full 15-step breakdown. Each step starts with an action verb so you always know the very next move. Tap "Simplify more" any time to break a step down further when it still feels too heavy.

Already started a task before AI replied? Simplify keeps your progress and only fills in what's left. No lost work.

🇮🇳 Built for Indian users too

Most to-do apps stop at English. Simplify ships Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi at launch — and AI breakdowns are generated in your chosen language, not translated as an afterthought.

🔒 Private by default

No account. No cloud sync you didn't ask for. Tasks live in encrypted on-device storage and stay there.

❓ Frequently asked

Is this an ADHD-friendly task app?
Yes. The whole product is designed for executive dysfunction and overwhelm — small steps, low-friction UI, gentle gamification.

Is the AI free?
Yes. There's a fair-use limit per minute; if you hit it, your task is queued and processed automatically.

Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start. Nothing to sign up for.

Does it work offline?
Existing tasks, focus timer, streaks, and stats all work offline. AI breakdown needs internet for the moment of generation.

Will it sync across devices?
Not yet — we're a private-first, on-device app. Cross-device sync is a planned opt-in.

How is this different from Todoist or Google Tasks?
Those help you list tasks. Simplify helps you start them — by breaking the heavy part into the next 5-minute action.
