I love Simply Cook! I have had so many delicious meals sent to me, particularly curries! It is inexpensive to buy the ingredients and the results are delicious and nutritious. I cannot recommend highly enough

Really good app, makes it easy to order Simply Cook boxes and keep track of recipes. Just one suggestion, when choosing recipes there is a filter called 'for ______' (your name) with suggestions that the app thinks you might like. It would be great if we could edit those choices, remove ones that don't interest us and instead add others we see that we'd like to try. Or else just be able to make a 'want to try' list. It would be really helpful to plan future boxes!

Had a free trial. Cancelled my regular subscription, so they cancelled my order, despite cancelling my order, which I didn't ask for, I have not been refunded the cost of the trial. I won't be using this company again

My huge bug bear with this app is that it does not always notify me when it's time to pick my recipes. If I haven't selected anything, then it automatically picks for you. On numerous occasions I've ended up with recipes I either don't like or would not have preferred, and the first time I know about it is when my bank informs me that payment has been taken. Combined with the relatively narrow range of recipes, I'm thinking that my time with Simply Cook is coming to an end.

Simply cook App & Website is Horrible. I've cancelled my subscriptions for no more deliveries ever. Neither it's App nor Website gives me way out / option to cancel my whole account in full & terminate my payment card details. Simply cook App is holding my payment card details & doesn't allow me to cancel at all, albeit having cancelled my subscription. Simply cook is holding, against my wishes, my personal details my login account & my payment credit card details, when I want it removed totally.
