Completely unusable. This app does not fit on my screen at all (pixel 8a), and I am unable to use any of the buttons at the top or bottom of the screen. Because of this, I cannot access my library or sign in.

I stopped using this app because it was too big for the screen and I couldn't click the top or bottom buttons. That was maybe six months ago. I went to search for a book today, certain the issue had been fixed by now, and it isn't. How is that possible?? Who is maintaining this app?? Surely the NYPL can do better than this.

The app overlaps with the top bar, so you can't search anything. It also stopped working with audiobooks.

Terrible functionality - constantly crashes mid-chapter, loses its place in audiobooks, and you can't change playback speed or screen style without it crashing. No idea why NYPL doesn't just use Libby like the other borough libraries; it's a far better app.
