Why has sims parent signed me out and won't let me sign back in. Not very good

Unless you log in everyday it will kick you out with no way to log back in so the password must be reset by the school. Useless app

Highly unreliable, annoying. It often cannot be accessed and the logical option is to reset the password, but they fail too. This is an important portal for school information, notices, safety etc. and over and over fails. I have asked the school of my daughter to change this app to one that is reliable and delivers for the school for the students, teachers and parents.
