Unless you log in everyday it will kick you out with no way to log back in so the password must be reset by the school. Useless app

Dreadful app, impossible to reset password. Regularly miss important updates from sons school. I can't imagine why any school would use this app as a means of communicating with parents

Works ok until it doesn't. It won't recognize my login details. The so-called support doesn't work either. Password reset doesn't work. This is the third time I've had this same issue in the 12 months I've had to use this woeful system. I'm currently locked out AGAIN so having to contact the school to re register AGAIN. After several months of it working it randomly fails. This is a recurring issue with SIMS that many people have. It's a pretty basic app with dated interface even when it works.
