Much better now that we can make rules based on presence. While I do like being able to categorize the automations, the implementation is a bit clumsy. I see that standby has finally been added to ZigBee thermostats. Since nothing is mentioned this I assume it's the same as for the Wi-Fi models that when the thermostats are in Standby mode, the heating will not start regardless of the ambient temperature. Thanks for these improvements!

The app makes it easy to set up and manage my thermostat and gives me access to all the features whether I'm in the house or on the other side of the world. It also integrates into Google Home. So far, I'm happy with the thermostat and app.

There should be a history for triggered automations within the app, and needed to remove and set my phone twice for geofencing to be working (with location always turned on, yes)

This is a very poorly designed app. The interface is amateurish and visually unappealing. Also, does this even integrate with any other system, or will this be my fifth home automation app now?! 😡 The main annoyance is, if you switch away from the app and switch back, it'll think that you're disconnected from the Internet. 🤦♀️

Edit: I info I needed from tech support, but I still can't believe the thermostat is locked to using a hub and that if the firmware isn't updated when ownership of a home is transferred, that I am unable to use any other system to try to connect the thermostats to Wi-Fi. It seems like it just locks new owners of homes up. All this smart tech is not intuitive. I can't speak to the app itself because I can't even try. Extra star for customer service only.

The navigation is extremely badly designed and the different screens are pretty drab. The Schedule display which we see on the Play Store doesn't even exist in the app, that would be the one I would have liked to have. That's one of the worst part of the Sinopé product line. I didn't yet find another application to control my Sinopé gateway GT130 and thermostats, so I stick with it until I have time to look around. EDIT: Thank you for your reply. The problem is that your Wi-Fi devices are exactly the same as the ZigBee devices except for the network protocol. I would have purchased you Wi-Fi devices, but they are $20 more expensive so with 14 of them, that's $280 more! I use the Automation feature, but I don't see why you can't have the Schedule page with the ZigBee devices. Can you explain?
