The app works flawlessly and as advertised. Not sure if the other reviews are old, but I tested the app for a day and had no issues going in and out and while using it all the time. It never asked for access to my photos, phone or messages. Great features all around for such a beautiful and portable light (C150X). I'd love for some of the special effects to be a little more random through, like the lightning or flash/strobe effects. Keep it up.

Absolutely unusable - connects to the lights one time out of ten. If you manage to get more than one connected, second one drops immediately. Restarting the app or power cycling the lights almost always disconnects completely without ever connecting again until you reset the app data and start from scratch. Asks for camera and location permissions - absolutely unwarranted.

I have an android and the app doesn't suppress the normal android back home and menu buttons, and it puts the links for effects and cct over that menu. So I can't get to the effects' menu because android is going to give its menu precedent. Otherwise it's fine. Connects quickly and works great. I just want to get into the effects!

To the creators of this app. Kindly update this app. The lights are awesome, but unfortunately I cannot recommend to others so long as the app is not working. I've been tried to get mine to work on one of the latest Android, and it's a no-go.
