Buggy and slow, the low stars is for app keep rejecting my password, I had to instead use Google to set password. I had so many apps and nvr have such problem. But nvm, I do not fly firefly often.

Bad experience. 1. I can't add my family members' passport numbers and expiry dates. 2. check in was very challenging, need to add the passport numbers of all passengers, and expiry dates.

My first time booking with Firefly and probably will be my last. Mobile check in? FAILED. Flight re-re-rescheduling. Lack of respect to passengers' time. Customer Support? Non-human unintelligible AI. Support Email? None whatsoever. Still can't believe this lousy carrier is under MAS, like for real? I have bad experience with AA, but even AA is 100 times better than Firefly!
