I am very annoyed with this app. I made an account a few months ago and got no gigs. I paid for the background check and applied to every possible job there was. I didn't get hired for any. I have 5+ years of experience, and I was and still am very flexible. I tried to log in now and it's making it seem as I have never made an account. I had to make a new account and repay for the background check. This app is so bad

I got deactivated because the hospital told me I couldn't go in to work, so I cancelled the assignment. I had no issues with paying the cancellation fee but didn't get to do that because my account was deactivated for something I couldn't control. I was actually looking forward to going to that daycare.

Personally, I feel like this app has a problem with males. The reason I'm saying this is that before I had no problem getting jobs. I was always getting accepted pretty quickly, but now it feels like everything I applied to don't really accept me, and they choose a female sitter over me. I've been working for this for over a year now, so it honestly makes no sense why all of a sudden I'm not getting chosen for anything.
