I created this app during an ankle injury recovery. It's hard to keep training when you're hurt, but it's really important not to stop to recover faster. If for any reason you cannot stand up, it does not mean you have to give up your healthy amount of daily physical activity.
Sitting Leg Workout features exercises for your legs that will tone your quads, hamstrings, glutes and abs, but at the same time will make you sweat and burn calories.
You can do these exercises while sitting on a comfortable chair without armrests.
These workouts can be handy even if you don’t have problems but you feel more tired than usual and prefer to train sitting down.
I tried to make the exercises fun but effective. If at the beginning you find them too intense, do what you can and continue to move with the music until you are ready to start again. If for any reason you feel pain while doing an exercise, stop and consult your physician.
The app features short or long workouts for different levels of fitness.
Before starting any physical activity consult your doctor. Show the type of training you are going to do and ask him if it is suitable for you and your state of health.

These are easy and effective exercises for legs, with minimal risk of injury. They seem simple, but I can actually feel the burn in my legs after completing a workout. Sitting makes it a lot easier, especially for people like me who have back injuries. I also have their "Sitting Cardio" app and enjoy it, too. Thanks for making these apps, dev.

The exercises are good, but again with the "lazy!" Lazy is a judgement!! A lot of people respond to it with a painful memory of someone using it to describe them. People like me have a "But you look so good" disease. I have MS. People who are disabled will be looking for chair exercises. If anyone is truly lazy they won't be looking for exercises!! Admit it. My explanation is much more likely than yours, of a self-described "lazy" person actively looking for exercise apps.

I have leg injuries, so this is excellent daily exercise for me. I do everything as best I can but also at a pace I feel I am just pushing myself, and I have already noticed a difference. Would recommend

Opens to an ad for custom exercise programs then app crashes. It may have something to do with my Android s app configuration and not the developer though. I mention in case others have same issue.
