★★★★★ Seamless experience on my Pixel 7. No issues with registration and verifications. Very useful application. A nice feature would be a breakdown option, where I can see when and how much I paid for each of my investments, rather than the current simple total invested so far option, with no breakdown.

★★★★★ The app is simple to use and has all of my pension information present. I've read that older versions of the app were glitchy, but they've clearly sorted that out. It would be nice to have some extra features for the future; a calculator to show what I'm projected to have by retirement, and also look through to the actual assets that I'm invested in. If I'm invested in companies selling guns I would like to know.

★★★★★ Edit: Since the last update, everything is now working well again, and functionality has returned. A very easy way to check on portfolio performance. Thanks to the team for sorting. Awful, doesn't even open, since last update. Crashes on verification. Was working fine before this. Really poor. Update: Needed a full clear data, force stop, delete and re-install. Seems to be working now; can't say I can see that much difference since the last update. At least I got it working again!

★★☆☆☆ I updated to the new app yesterday and managed to sign in. Today I'm on a continual loop unable to sign in so have given up. I'm not a fan of the additional 'security' of needing a texted code. Poor work

★★☆☆☆ Not great for wealth management company. Cannot log in to account, repeatedly input login details and security code and thrown back to log in screen.

★★☆☆☆ No integration with existing systems for authentication and verification of a client. I have more than 40 years experience in IT and IT security. I have also been an SJP client for 30 years and as such have a registered email address, an SJP ID, a password, a pin code and a registered mobile phone no. This app does not integrate with any of this. It is widely accepted that proliferation of signon ID's and details is a major SECURITY RISK. This approach by SJP is not good practice!
