My tax documents are on there, I can see them, but not print them or download them. Something about needing writing and reading permission. But when I go the list of apps on my phone, the only permission that it asks for is location. The website is no better. There is no section for documents. Their tax center makes me open up the app, where again I have no way to print or download the files.

App doesn't let you log in, at least not on my Samsung Galaxy S24. Every time it just says "Check your internet and try again". My Internet is fine. Always has been. I just use the desktop version of the site on my phone now. Can't even find any support or contact to tell them it's happening, so Altruist consider this your support ticket. Your app sucks.

Can't sign in. just keeps spinning. I tried getting out of the app. When I open again it is spinning and won't let you get shut down all the way. It is the new version.
