The app is great, but there is a glitch when using an Android phone. When you try to dail a member it leaves one number off.

Works better than the ministry app has at least it shows preferred name. The big drawback is there is no notes' field available when adding a visitor. It would be extremely helpful if it had a notes' field, so I can enter information such as which member the visitor may have accompanied or other information that would help me do follow-up later. It also needs a checkbox or other way to annotate visitors that need their records researched and updated as many times only very basic information will be available at time of entering attendance and without some mechanism to easily identify those that need additional documentation these are going to get lost in the system.

I want to love all the servant keeper apps, but the lack of updates to keep up with the various operating system upgrades is frustrating. I can use Checking app on our PCs, but not our Macs, I can run Greet and Attend on my personal android phone, but not on the Ministry owed Android tablet. Why not make everything browser-based instead of making selectively functional apps? Something needs to be communicated to customers.

I really want this app to work; but it constantly freezes up! I have reinstalled it now 3 times. Expected better from version 8 apps.

I want to like it... but it is unusable. For me, it does not have ANY of my created Small Groups or Sunday School classes. I would have to take the attendance of the whole church instead of just my class. When I go to add an event in the Greet and Attend if the event has the same name as a class/group that exists in the PC program it says the event already exists and refused to add it for me to use it for attendance in that class because it doesn't appear on the android app!
