How this app was released in 2017- I'm really not sure. It looks and acts like an app from 8 years ago. Apart from usability- it's ugly. Fonts, colors, and icons are all terrible. The 'login' button at the opening screen is half cut-off because the app doesn't even fit the screen. For usability- it's also pretty terrible. When you search for a name and then the list comes up- if you have to scroll down, it assumes the first thing your finger touches is the person you want to view. If you make your keyboard go away with the down arrow- it takes you backwards, and you have to search for the name again. It takes me no less than 5 tries to click on the name I want. Also, if you find someone and use the app to find their address- it links nicely to Google Maps which I love. However, if you go back into the app even moments later, you have to go through the FOUR different log-in screens! You need to click login, then confirm your administrator, then confirm the database on the next screen, and then finally type in your username and password! I was excited to upgrade for SK8, but it's been nothing but trouble. Trying to revert to SK7 is a nightmare too.

I am disappointed. I am a deacon at my church and this app has no use for me. This app is currently used by my church. I first downloaded this application to my android phone Samsung Galaxy 8. It worked fine. I upgraded my android phone to a Samsung Galaxy 10e. I put in my login information and get to my account. Press the tag, and I get sent back to my login screen. It is important that this problem is resolved soon. It is unfortunate that I can not give this app an accurate rating.
