Easy to use for buying tickets and for accessing the tickets, searching by area is great for seeing what's on. Something worth considering by skiddle is that implementing a search for age restrictions would be great for those of us that have teenagers. As seeing gigs that the teens would love, then seeing that it's for 18+ only is annoying for these awkward "not kids but not adult" ages

Very difficult to download and see my tickets such a long lengthy process, all I want to do is buy a ticket to go to an event, but I've got to answer numerous of questions and make passwords, sign in, log in to skiddle, download apps, log in again then go backwards and forwards to my emails then try to find the tickets to download or print off such a time-consuming carry on 🤨

Possibly one of my worst experiences booking I needed an accessible ticket plus a ticket for my carer. So many hoops to jump through then you have to wait for them to phone you, every day they say they will phone you, but they never do. Now seeking a full refund for my ticket as I am not able to go on my own. Skiddle should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. Never again will I deal with them.
