Impossible to add any bank / credit card to my account. I tried for hours enabling auto-pay, didn't work. I think the problem is because the app wants to connect with ING that want It's me for authentication. After authentication, it opens on my browser, and I receive this message: "It appears that your request was submitted using a different browser". The "different browser" is the Shotgun app I think.... I was able to purchase tickets, but not with auto-pay.

Please be aware they do not refund service charges if the venue cancels the event. I would go directly to the venue to purchase tickets before using this app and save on all fees. The convince of the app is not worth $10 a ticket in fees that apparently are non-refundable especially if a venue cancels.

Awful people. Scammers. My friends insisted I join them to shotgun event at yoyo in paris. It was a "reggaeton" theme and there was no *clear* indication on the event page I needed to wear special attire. I did not expect I had to show up in a suit for a reggaeton event. Bouncer refused to let me in even though I had already paid 26 euros for my ticket. He told me to ask for a refund for refused entrance on the app after having waited for an hour in the cold. I have yet to receive a refund.
