Impossible to add any bank / credit card to my account. I tried for hours enabling auto-pay, didn't work. I think the problem is because the app wants to connect with ING that want It's me for authentication. After authentication, it opens on my browser, and I receive this message: "It appears that your request was submitted using a different browser". The "different browser" is the Shotgun app I think.... I was able to purchase tickets, but not with auto-pay.

Awful people. Scammers. My friends insisted I join them to shotgun event at yoyo in paris. It was a "reggaeton" theme and there was no *clear* indication on the event page I needed to wear special attire. I did not expect I had to show up in a suit for a reggaeton event. Bouncer refused to let me in even though I had already paid 26 euros for my ticket. He told me to ask for a refund for refused entrance on the app after having waited for an hour in the cold. I have yet to receive a refund.

SCAMMERS! The worst app, service and company of all, I bought tickets for a party, an hour before the party they wrote on Instagram, not even in the app notification, that the event was canceled, after 4 attempts of trying to contact the organizers and support via the shotgun app, email and all other possible methods, no answer and no hint of a refund for an event that did not take place, wasted time, money and nerves, the worst experience using the service!!!
