This app is a big scam. I purchased a very expensive ticket with a combo package like there were two activities in two separate tickets. When I went to my first location, the ticket did not work so I contacted customer service, and they did not respond. They also did not send my second ticket. I lost 530 Durhams in seconds! Big liars and big scam!

Not recommended platforms to book tickets ... they cancelled the event and then on the refund process .they deducted their hidden fees

In total be it an application or website, the platinum list is a totally pathetic forum. In case of any event cancellation getting a refund and dealing with customer service was always a horrible experience. Many times they have refunded the lesser amount by deducting undue charges... and the remaining amount itself will be refunded after ages. Highly recommend to not use this forum at all via application or website.
