Not recommended platforms to book tickets ... they cancelled the event and then on the refund process .they deducted their hidden fees

Worst customer service experience. They charge an additional fee for their so-called Refund Guarantee when purchasing a ticket, but when you actually request a refund—even with valid reasons and supporting documents—they decline the request.DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL !!

In total be it an application or website, the platinum list is a totally pathetic forum. In case of any event cancellation getting a refund and dealing with customer service was always a horrible experience. Many times they have refunded the lesser amount by deducting undue charges... and the remaining amount itself will be refunded after ages. Highly recommend to not use this forum at all via application or website.
