I work for MPS out of Nola, OK. My experience comes from using this app as a cleaner. Skimmer has a lot of useful features, like keeping track of tasks, items that need to be installed, and easily accessible history for work orders. For criticisms, it is incredibly laggy on my android device (galaxy s20) and will sometimes not save tasks completed or chems added. Please work on optimization before adding more features. Making this app more responsive would do wonders.

overpriced and after 4 years, still haven't fixed the double route stop issue if you log in under 2 different devices. They don't update, they just want to take your money, and they raise their price every year. Used to pay 75, then 2 years ago they swichted to 95 base up to 49 pools then they charge you 2 dollars a pool after. Basically screwing the single route owner operators. A typical solo route is 60 to 75 pools. they're squeezing small companies. The apps become stagnant and they're greedy.

I have been using skimmer at work for years. For the last 3 updates the app just crashes completely and randomly. I send the diagnostic report almost every time it happens. We have over 900 weekly cleans and pay a lot for this service. We have reached out and spoken to them repeatedly about issues and the only responses we get are them wanting to raise our prices..... If you can use a different app for this I recommend it.

Been using this app for a year and a half. We have tried pool brain before this and before that we had used ion. I'm not impressed with this app, they haven't made many positive changes to their capability, and now they want to triple the price if you don't use their billing software, we use quickbooks and don't want/ need their software for billing and accounting, they just want to make more money off of you for using their credit services. In my opinion, stay away. Going to bail out ASAP!
