Blue water Pool Services, LLC in NW Peoria, AZ has been using this app since almost its inception. Absolutely love using the app. The techs find it easy, friendly, and most importantly, I can't believe how many comments we get from our clients about Skimmer. They love the detailed reports about their pool. We considered trying another brand, but speaking within our local area, the other business's techs seemed to like Skimmer much better. I had to conduct a phone call due to my work using this app and however lost some of my data. So when I call in to the phone number, I've talked to BRENNA. She did a really good job. Skimmer has been instrumental in saving my business. I was struggling with other scheduling and billing software. Before Skimmer, we had issues every month with billing and taxes. The issues were so egregious that it landed my business in a tax audit. We survived the audit and now have consistent payments coming in and correct tax statements. Skimmer's support team is next level good and is always there to help me as needed.

overpriced and after 4 years, still haven't fixed the double route stop issue if you log in under 2 different devices. They don't update, they just want to take your money, and they raise their price every year. Used to pay 75, then 2 years ago they swichted to 95 base up to 49 pools then they charge you 2 dollars a pool after. Basically screwing the single route owner operators. A typical solo route is 60 to 75 pools. they're squeezing small companies. The apps become stagnant and they're greedy.

I have been using skimmer at work for years. For the last 3 updates the app just crashes completely and randomly. I send the diagnostic report almost every time it happens. We have over 900 weekly cleans and pay a lot for this service. We have reached out and spoken to them repeatedly about issues and the only responses we get are them wanting to raise our prices..... If you can use a different app for this I recommend it.

Been using this app for a year and a half. We have tried pool brain before this and before that we had used ion. I'm not impressed with this app, they haven't made many positive changes to their capability, and now they want to triple the price if you don't use their billing software, we use quickbooks and don't want/ need their software for billing and accounting, they just want to make more money off of you for using their credit services. In my opinion, stay away. Going to bail out ASAP!
