I work for MPS out of Nola, OK. My experience comes from using this app as a cleaner. Skimmer has a lot of useful features, like keeping track of tasks, items that need to be installed, and easily accessible history for work orders. For criticisms, it is incredibly laggy on my android device (galaxy s20) and will sometimes not save tasks completed or chems added. Please work on optimization before adding more features. Making this app more responsive would do wonders.

This app is a colossal failure. I've been using this app for over 4 years. It just kept getting worse with the bugs and crashes. The most recent update was the last straw for me. The app won't sync my route after completing each pool. I tried reinstalling the app to no avail. I can't do my job with this kind of problem.

It tends to freeze while in use. You have to back out and open the customer to unfreeze the app, or close and reopen it. Considering the fact that they want to charge more than pool brain.... this is a big L for skimmer today's update did not fix the issue
