Sole Trader Window Cleaner Been using Squeegee for a few months now at the recommendation of friends. Was previously using Excel for my business. The monthly cost for the software isn't exactly fun, but they need to operate as a profitable business. And it easily pays for itself in the convince, added professionalism and time saving it offers compared to using my own methods of business management on Excel. Support from the team has been very good too. Would highly recommend.

Since the update on day poilet. Day poilet has been very poor and not optimized anything very well.

The app used to work brilliantly, day pilot was incredibly helpful in optimizing the rounds however not sure what changed but the "Optimal" option on day pilot seems to be broken as it tries to send me 10 minutes away from where I am to come back again? Not optimal at all.

Doubled the price to £18 a month. I won't use the new features. Got threatened that I will lose my data if I unsubscribe. That just made the decision for me. I will be finding something else. Shame, it was good.

I've never been more upset with an app. Hiking the price (almost double each month) with almost no improvements and then threatening to "lose data" if I unsubscribe. In the middle of a pandemic. Just shameful. Unsubscribed, there is nothing this app can do that I can't do with a spreadsheet and Google Maps. Disgusted.

You have to provide all your company info before you can even see the functionality of the software. You have to include credit card information or you cant move forward to review the software features. So you provide your credit card info and then don't like the software? So now a company has your credit card info that you provided and you have nothing.
