This app is simply great, but with a few back draws that could easily be improved. 1. Export and Sharing of routes works between your devices, but you are not able to have a friend share a route with you. This would improve the functionality very much as you would gain a friends local knowledge when sailing in new areas. Especially in boat forums these functions would mean extra value, as sharing knowledge is a common thing among boaters. 2. Export of tracks are now collected in one file, and not having the ability to export one and one file. This means that Google Earth will have a very heavy import, that often makes it crash. Thereby you are not able to see your tracks in Earth after a while. Export of one and one track should be enabled. The more user-friendly an app is, the more likely it is that it would be used. Personally I track my pattern when fishing for Norwegian Lobster (Sjøkreps) where it is important to set the creels on the very exact bottom where you find it. This means I have to open a track where I was successful - but cant track my new route at the same time. Enabling layers of past routes will also be very helpful. Kindy - Bjorn Ross land, Bergen

Why is it so damn difficult to cancel the 3-day trial before it gets active? The app is NOT listed in my active subscriptions page at Google play, but the Skippy app says I have the SMART option wich will renew with full subscription in 2 days. The hiding of easy cancellation deserves giving only one star.

Was useful, but not anymore. Get OpenVPN with pay maps. Much better. Or norgeskart if you want free.

Autoroute is a nice feature, and all in all an useful app. However, editing of routes should be a lot easier: A) move of waypoints to trash generates new waypoints in 8/10 cases B) edit routes goes directly into map view. Would have been so much easier to edit the waypoints in the list (and not in the map).

I could route manually just a couple of months ago, and now you won't let me. You insist on a more expensive subscription for autorouting. Well I don't WANT 'smart' autorouting, I want it fully manual. Optical redundancy bearing courses would be even better, press a nav light, set course to or from it.

AIS information is shown, but no vessels with Skippy as source is showing. Apparently works on iPhone. I suspect a bug in the Android version.
