It's a perfectly good banking app. I don't do much more than check my balance and pay money out, and they're both easy to do. I would like to be able to reorder my accounts as they just seem to be in opening order which means I have to scroll down to see my newest accounts

The app is very good and easy to use, but there is a nagging issue; on the home page, sole and joint account balances are added together to give the total savings. However, strictly speaking, only half of the joint account balance belongs to each party (where there are 2 account holders). This can lead to the joint holders thinking they have more savings than they actually have when combining their totals e.g. for budgeting. Also, it doesn't state in the app if an account is a joint account or not

Useless. Makes me use new app, but that's for mortgages only. I don't have a mortgage only a savings account so no way for me log in via an app. Going online now to move my money and close my account.

New app is a backwards step, I tried to make a withdrawal online (web), was asked to enter a secure code - So went to the app. That Function has been removed. So contacted Skip ton Chat (new app help). Only to be told "No, as you would need the secure passcode, we are discontinuing this and the website." So according to the web chat - you will need to use the app. Will be closing my accts What do you mean by online portal? I was advised by the web chat,'we are discontinuing this and the website'
