So far so good. No idea what the problem was previously for people, but it works like it should for our fridge.

DO NOT USE. Shockingly unreliable and bloatware. The app needs to permanently be running as a notification to operate which is intrusive and have location permissions (why?). Then, when you need to use it and grant it the notification permission to now permanently be on your screen, you can't even connect to the right fridge when you need it. I wouldn't use Skope fridges just out of principal for this intrusive app. Why do they need my location data when it is Bluetooth only??? Bizarre.

Right up there with the worst apps I've ever used. Basically does not work, won't connect to the fridge. I would prefer the manual controller. Perfectly good fridge destroyed by the useless Bluetooth controller.

Horrific. LEDs do not work on new freezer. I feel like Scope was good quality construction once upon a time. Now it is typical Chinese mass production. Keep yoir warranty handy.
