★★★★★ When it does work, it's great. But it has its issues.

★★☆☆☆ The database is awfully slow and fails all the time. It happened to us that we bought tickets that were not shown, we put credit, and it isn't there, we validated and instead of a ticket it used from the credit balance.... Very bad app! Also, there is no support, there is no one you can call to resolve the issues. Very, very bad!

★★☆☆☆ It just stopped working. Cleared cache and data, now it asks me for my phone number. I enter the number and get an error: "Something went wrong". I still have credit on it, but I cannot use it. Fix the damn app.

★★☆☆☆ I was adding money with my credit card and the balance didn't show as available, but it shows in history that I added money I wrote mail 3 weeks before and no answer from them.
