So far, so good. There are some things that are not mentioned in any of the tutorial videos about syncing this app with reports in ACI sky, but the support staff was very quick in responding to my questions. This app will literally save hours of your day. No more uploading photos from your phone to computer, no more having to hand draw a sketch and realizing you're off by a few feet after you drive an hour home, and it's already dark outside, and you're late as it is. Major game changer.

The sky inspect app is a complete failure and could lead to record keeping USPAP violations for any appraiser that uses this app. All data gathered at the site must be retained in the work file, obviously if data is lost due to the app continually crashing, the data gathered at the site cannot be retained in the work file thus violating the record keeping standard in USPAP. No one at ACI seems to care about making sure the software and apps they support are USPAP compliant. I will be switching

Another fine product from ACI. Consistently drops reports from the app. Not at all helpful if I have to redo all reports when I get back to my office. Do better.

Typical ACI bs - no way to initiate password reset from Android and online
support is a joke (can't do any work while waiting for a rep's help on my
PC, anytime you open a new window or even activate one already open on
computer support chat window closes).
