I am using the smart controller for more than 5 years. Faced device issues twice and got it serviced, and it is working perfectly. When I needed support I called their technical team, and they assisted me without any hesitation. Their app has improved drastically compared to their initial release. One suggestion I would like them to implement is, the device with GPRS on should be able to respond to all the SMS commands. It can hold the received SMS and process it after the data transfer is done

Application is functioning properly... Every time when motor need to be switched on it is loading more than 15 mins... And recent times no proper update in motor ON/OFF status

After purchasing product there is no proper response for technical support, if you ask for any problem all will scold you and using 'unable to hearing words' your are not able to contact owner, no one fear about owner ther is no control for owner, don't buy this cheating company (mobile starter and valve) all other products or good only
