App works good. Wish it had motion detection with notification. There is one problem dispenser for treats. It dispenses four at a time instead of one at a time. The cat enjoys the extra treats

I'll be getting a second one!! Reviews had me nervous but only issue I had was the verification code. Use the email, not the phone number. As soon as I connected and entered a bit of info the feeder was ready to go! Was immediately able to release food, talk to my cats and see them. I will now use it to summon my husband to bring me food when I don't want to get out of bed. Can also be used to spy on my kids. Not that I would do that, but I will definitely be doing that.

Love it but gets jamed now and again. Best when using round food. I love the programmability. Lots of options for food amounts and dispensing times. Keeps track of your pets age, weight & makes suggestions. Works best for 1 pet, but can enter multiple pets. I set it to dispense once, then wait 7 minutes, and dispense again this way both cats get to eat. Only room for 1 at a time. 7 minutes works for my cats. It has a decent camera with night vision. When cat eats you can only see a close up

I like it, but I wish there was an option to remove the time and date stamp in the top left corner, so I could get a decent photo and video. The second feature I'd like to see is the ability to turn off the wiggle and just back up after dropping a treat because it spooks my cats at first because it wiggles. I would like to see it just drop the treat and back up... Otherwise, I absolutely love your product and app! 👍

App worked once. Now all I get is a message saying request timed out check network. I've reinstalled app, restarted my phone, and tried to make a new profile but can't. App won't connect to anything. Can't even send a complaint though under help/feedback. Just says your message was sent unsuccessfully. I tried clearing storage cash. Tried different networks. Tried different phones. Nothing. And since this app won't work your product (automatic pet feeder) is absolutely useless to me.

Bought the fury bone for my puppy but can't use it because can't get a verification code to use the app. Phone number or email address don't work. Tried getting help from Internet but so far no luck.

Newly installed app for pet camera but seems like a useless app. Whenever you want to view the camera you have to sign in, and it's always timed out network
