This company it's very disappointing they have been returning my parcel saying I was not available, but I never got any call from them saying they are at my place Soo this is frustrating like seriously

The worst courier and tracking app ever. Send item at sky net Georgetown at 30hb june and start shipping process at 12 july after call cust serv for complaint. What worse, when I call about the delay they say the tracking no is just a booking number where the item hasn't been received for delivery. So why the tracking system show the product has been received!!! Later the item received incomplete and all their branch and cust serv push the responsible to one another. At the end cannot claim loss
