I downloaded this as a free app after the eclipse, so I don't know how it worked during the eclipse, however, I have enjoyed using it since then. Still trying to learn all the functions. Update, great app. Works well, and I find it useful in locating objects in the night sky.

I just installed and while I like the graphic interface, I immediately noticed that the sun now rises in the west, apparently. I tried toying with the compass settings, but no matter what it seems to think the rising sun is in the west. We all know better! What is wrong with it?!

Starting popping up advertising notifications without asking me to opt in. I paid for this app, but it's now crippled because I have to block all notifications to make sure I don't get advertisements.
