Description by Nova.Labs(from Google Play)
Sleep Easy is a simple time calculator that makes it easy to manage sleep cycles, so that you wake up well-rested. The calculations are based on findings from scientific studies that show the human brain sleeps in cycles of approximately 90 minutes, with the end of each cycle being the best time to wake up well-rested.
Sleep Easy works in three modes:
- Fixed Wake-up: Allows you to set your desired time to wake up, and suggests the optimal times to go to sleep based on your selection.
- Fixed Bedtime: Similar to above, but instead specifying the time you're going to bed, listing the optimal times to wake up.
- Sleep Now: When you're feeling tired and want to go to bed right away, this mode will display the best times to set your alarm clock to, based on your device's current time.
All three modes can automatically configure your Android alarm clock to the selected time.

I've used this app for a long time, and it's always woken me up, to be honest I've only ever used the fixed wake-up time section of the app. However, I have realized that there is no way to view or delete an alarm you have set. Does anyone know how to do this? The reason I ask is I randomly woke up at 3am thinking I hadn't set an alarm, momentarily forgetting that I didn't have work that day. So I set the alarm to my usual 5:20 time, but now I can't find a way to cancel it. The only thing I think I can does it set a sleep now alarm for long after I when I want to get up, and hope it cancels out the first one?! Anyone got any suggestions?

Too many ads Went through 5 ads before I could click. Uninstalled before I could even try to use it.

The best part of this is... The best part of the app is it gives me the option to wake to a tone of my choosing and not one the android developers have decided was usable to me. Many of which are too low to hear with a running semi. Otherwise, the only complaint I have is... where I am shows snow... I'm in 70° weather. I think the term... snowballs chance in hell is appropriate.

Sleep-deprived in Pa. All I'm getting is ads. I am going to uninstall. Maybe with directions it would work.
