This app for a Sleep Number bed is fantastic. It gives you detail about your sleep, heart rate, breathing, motion and rates your sleep as a value, so you can try and adjust your habits or number to help get better sleep. I check the app every morning. If you have a Sleep Number bed you need the app and use it daily, it helps.

App has been very user-friendly. Only recommendation would be to be able to pause the sleep IQ app due to watching TV sometimes in the bed and having pets that sleep in the bed. This will give false readings about sleep. Maybe have the ability to set up a do not monitor time when you know that you will not be sleeping.

You WILL fall in love💛!! BEST PURCHASE EVER. Dealing with Sickle Cell Disease pain 💔 is a lot of times painfully crippling some of the worst parts are cause of how uncomfortable it makes you, and just CANNOT get comfy. I've not had a great night sleep since 12, UNTIL NOW!! You can adjust your head and feet with the remote or app, and adjust if you want it soft or firm! It even has a light under the bed that comes on when you get up. GET 1 ESPECIALLY if you have pain! THIS BED IS FOR YOU! 🥰💛

Update, new app is the same garbage with a new look. Get with it sleep number. Your product is expensive. Support the app and listen to customer feedback. Widgets are a must for this app. The app developer needs to add widgets, so you don't have to dig down 3 or 4 menu levels to perform tasks that could be a single widget button. A "favorite setting" should set the bed for sleep with one button, meaning sleep number, head and foot position, and temperature / length of time for foot warmer.

Bluetooth is insanely hit-and-miss. Basically screams at you if you're not connected to their servers for them to data mine.

The magnet system tore through the mattresses and the mattress moves around not staying supported in true to form in the frame. It's a shame Sleep Number cannot come up with a fix.

Horrible. Can't connect to Wi-Fi now for some reason. So can't adjust bed setting and not recording any data. What's the point having this bed anymore

April /2026 updated : NOT a good UPDATES! Sad this company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT BUYER! Years promise to CONNECT to ALEXA/Google??? Ph App is terrible,1990s, should be alexa." Tell how they slept?, increase/decrease sleep number etc." Your Expensive Wi-Fi bed $$$$ firmware should be connected to alexa/GOOGLE. By Now!??? (2026) I change my review rating to 5**! When update to alexa/GOOGLE COMPATIBILITY!!.to all beds. ? Should NOT be called "SMART BED" 👎 until connected!
