This is the companion app for the Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® Monitor which makes your bed a smart bed. The Sleeptracker-AI® system is the first cloud-based, non-invasive IoT sleep optimization solution powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and integrated into the smart home.
The app provides detailed daily sleep graphs and sleep metrics derived from accurately and continuously monitoring the sleeper’s respiration rate, heart rate, and movements throughout the night. Easy-to-understand sleep graphs visually distinguish between periods when you were in REM sleep, light sleep, deep sleep, or awake. The AI Sleep Coach delivers personalized tips and insights to help you improve your sleep every night.

UPDATE: DO NOT UPDATE THE APP THROUGH ITS MENU! It makes the app USELESS! I just replaced a Reverie adjustable base with a Temper Medic. The difference is night and day. I followed the instructions and the app connected to my Pixel 10 Pro XL with Android 16 the first time I tried. The remote app has worked the first time and every time afterward. The software is better and the frame is better. Make sure you use the correct app with your frame.

For some reason every time I use my phone, and I just wanted to go down a little bit or up if I use the phone that means it will go all the way up or down nowhere in the middle

Horrific, disconnected all the time. It worked great at the mattress store. Nothing on the app works at home. Have to uninstall every day and reload to make anything work. Huge waste of money getting the bed base for using this.

I just walked up to my bed, and it was lifting, like l was in it snoring. Why?? The snore sensor is terrible!!!! Totally useless.

Not impressed with snore feature or needing app at bedside to shut off wake alarm. Alarm should be able to be turned off with the push off any button on the remote

App has always been glitchy but now, after weeks of my side of our bed dropping connection, even when it is closer to the Wi-Fi router than my husband's. I factory reset it last night. I thought it was fine. Light was green. Went to bed around 11 (even started the sleep recording myself for accuracy). Woke up this morning & it only recorded from 4-7 with a note for the unrecorded hours to troubleshoot or contact support. More stress than it's worth. I'm done. I'll stick with the physical remote.
