This is the companion app for the Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® Monitor which makes your bed a smart bed. The Sleeptracker-AI® system is the first cloud-based, non-invasive IoT sleep optimization solution powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and integrated into the smart home.
The app provides detailed daily sleep graphs and sleep metrics derived from accurately and continuously monitoring the sleeper’s respiration rate, heart rate, and movements throughout the night. Easy-to-understand sleep graphs visually distinguish between periods when you were in REM sleep, light sleep, deep sleep, or awake. The AI Sleep Coach delivers personalized tips and insights to help you improve your sleep every night.
AI SLEEP COACH The AI Sleep Coach, powered by the Sleeptracker-AI® Artificial Intelligence Engine, provides effective, easy-to-implement, personal sleep tips based on a comprehensive analysis of individual sleep patterns.
RESPIRATION AND HEART RATE MONITORING The Sleeptracker-AI® system monitors both respiration and heart rate accurately through the night for deeper sleep analysis, with your data displayed as easy to read charts in the app.
SLEEP CYCLE ALARM Optionally select white noise that gently fades away after you've fallen asleep, then set a sleep cycle alarm that will help you Wake Up at the Optimal Time™ in your sleep cycle so you wake up refreshed and more energized.
AUTOMATIC SLEEP MONITORING If you choose to record your sleep automatically, there’s nothing to do and nothing to wear. Optionally receive a notification in the morning when your sleep results are available and a daily email with your sleep summary and AI Coach insights.
The Sleeptracker-AI® system reports the following sleep-related statistics each night: - REM sleep, light sleep, deep sleep, awake time - Time at which you fell asleep and woke up - Number of times awoken during the night - Continuous respiration rate - Continuous heart rate - Sleep quality metric (scale of 0-100) - Sleep efficiency (time spent in bed vs. total time asleep) - Time it took you to fall asleep

UPDATE: DO NOT UPDATE THE APP THROUGH ITS MENU! It makes the app USELESS! I just replaced a Reverie adjustable base with a Temper Medic. The difference is night and day. I followed the instructions and the app connected to my Pixel 10 Pro XL with Android 16 the first time I tried. The remote app has worked the first time and every time afterward. The software is better and the frame is better. Make sure you use the correct app with your frame.

Doesn't actually record sleep very well!! Example: I slept all night last night. Slept deep didn't wake up at all until the alarm went off. The sleep record me only sleeping for less than 2hrs. I went to bed at 10pm alarm went off at 6am. Waste of $$ getting the AI sleep tracker!!! This happens ALL the time. We've had the frame over 6 months.

I just walked up to my bed, and it was lifting, like l was in it snoring. Why?? The snore sensor is terrible!!!! Totally useless.

Often when I go to use the app the remote doesn't show. Right now, while I am trying to sleep, I cannot access waveform, and it is not tracking my sleep because it's undergoing "routine maintenance". A night when most people need it!
