★★★★★ Handy when you don't have remote. I do like the sleep insights. They seem to be pretty accurate compared with my Galaxy6 watch apps. Wish the app worked better with Alexa or Google for smart bed remote features.

★★★★★ LOVE the app. HATE how it works! Sensors and app bed control rely on cloud servers. If the AWS bill stops getting paid (which is probably very expensive), all of that functionality dies as there is no local control. The same goes for any internet outage. There's the potential to turn this app into a subscription model, sell our data to offset costs, put ads in the app, or all three if they stop feeling generous. ADD LOCAL CONTROL, PUBLISH THE API! Give me control over the hardware I purchased!

★★☆☆☆ I like our mattress. However, the Sleep tracker AI won't stay connected. The sleep tracker finds a connection more to my Android phone than to my husbands Apple. I regret spending the extra money for the Sleep tracker. We loved what we saw in the marketing of it, disappointing that it fails to work! We have an Orbi router, so the problem isn't the phone or the router. All other devices in the house stay connected to our router.

★★☆☆☆ Do not buy this bed at a premium! The ap stopped working over a month ago, and they have done NOTHING to fix it. You cannot control this bed with Alexa or Google. First they kill Google integration now you are unable to use alexa. 1000 dollars extra for a so-called smart bed. I don't want the bright lights of my phone in my eyes in the middle of the night. I don't want to have to completely get out of bed to get the remote to put the bed flat. Fix this or next step is consumer protection

★★☆☆☆ Crazy I paid so much to use this base with an app that refuses me to access it without allowing them to share my personal information with third parties such as Amazon and the government. Shady.
