Use this app to set up and control your Perfectly Snug Smart Topper. This app requires a Smart Topper to function.
This app works with Smart Toppers that have firmware version 3.0.0.0 or newer. If your Smart Topper was shipped before June 2024, then please use our other app called 'Perfectly Snug Controller'. If you're not sure which app to use, then install this app and it will provide instructions. Don't worry, an update for Smart Toppers with old firmware is coming soon!

The app is pretty self-explanatory and works great, my only gripe is I'd love to have more than 3 temp levels per night. 5 would be ideal to get a bit colder during the 3am time slot to help prevent the wake-ups. Since I wake up at 3am with hot flashes no matter what time I go to bed, being able to set the zone by time would be helpful too ex: 9pm -4, 10pm -6, 2am -8, 4am -6, 6am -4

It's a simple app and does almost everything. It would be great if there were a way to start Burst Mode (like when prepping for a nap) instead of just being able to turn it off.

App needs to be updated. Schedule is not consistent and often changes. It's 2025, no Alexa or Home Assistant partnership, no updates to the interface. Please consider it's 2025 and in order to keep customers happy and obtain new ones then you need to think outside the box and be innovative. You have a good product just listen to your customers. Update the interface and open your platform to smart hubs.
