The message function is not working properly after the latest update. When you type a message, it will not appear to post in the chat window when it actually does. This may cause you to press the "send" button multiple times. This posts the same message each time. Only by closing and reopening the app do you get to see the message in the chat window. There is a definite glitch here.

AVOID! DO NOT PARTICIPATE! The apps (both of them) have terrible interface. They will argue with you about shipping supplies that you pay for when they say you need them and try to avoid shipping them to cut costs. If you have an issue with equipment, might was well just throw it the window. 0 support. The entire company exists to sell CPAP machines. I did a secondary sleep study through my actual doctor and insurance, let's just say they both had words for Sleep Charge. don't use. Don't buy.

Terrible app experience as it is impossible to hold a video call session. The app does not avoid the phone going to sleep / turn screen off, so every time that happens the session gets disconnected. To keep the session live you need to touch the screen every 30/60 seconds to avoid the screen going to sleep.

First, let me say the humans who contacted me are really good and nice. Universally. And everyone, including me, tried to work around the clunky app, which is required to access the service. Mbe you'll have better luck on a laptop. They're working with HIPAA. Mbe they should just get a license on Signal, Telegram, etc. Had to "upgrade" even tho just loaded, can’t connect through browser even tho I had tested. Broken calls, disconxs. Don't try in public place. BT not supp, speaker on. Pass on this.

Forgot password no way to reset. The reset feature takes me back to the app store to install on another device. Makes me wonder about the service.

Waste of time downloading. You can't access any of your information. You can't download your sleep progress for your DOT physical card. It's useless...plain and simple
