The app is good. My only complaint is that the home page jumps up and down a lot, much to sensitive to trying to sync with ring. Make a cooldown for syncing or less sensitive to syncing.

This ring and app are absolutely amazing!!! The app syncs right away in the morning when I open it after waking up. The vast amount of information is useful and informative. The app is clear, easy to read, and concise. I have been using it for 2 months now, and it is so easy to use, I have had zero issues so far. It just works. I have compared the numbers to other reliable instruments, oxygen, blood sugar, even at home sleep apnea tests from my doctor. All very accurate and ALL IN ONE RING!

Just got a v3 ring ordered during Black Friday. This review is for initial setup only (will update). The packaging is great, and setup was easy: Pick one of 3 holder sizes, stick the guts in and put it face down in the charger. The app found the ring quickly and prompted to update firmware while it was still charging. No need to touch the ring. It asked for height, age and weight. An optional short quiz had well-thought-out sleep questions. Will wear tonight & report back...

New app takes so slow to load data and is far less accurate than the old one. Very frustrating been using these sensors since 2021. I will not be using them going forward. I paid for a new sensor and was forced to wait 2 months before it shipped. The new sensor will not connect to old app. New ap claims odi 0.1 bipap claims 1.5 old sensor says ahi5.4 with bipap running. This used to be a great product with an easy-to-read app. New app graphs are too small for old eyes and no zooming in

Always problems. Some nights, it completely loses the data. Some nights or transfers but says not slept enough to make a sleep score. Other nights it just will not sync. I refresh it, close it, force stop, clear cache, try again, but it still won't sync so again, missed night. The ring, even when off your hand, still registers values such as hr and hrv etc., so it can completely skew the data. There is no way to edit your sleep, such as when you wake up but don't take the ring off until you get.

Sleep on 2, do not install this app if you have a sleep on 2, the ring will no longer communicate and is basically worthless
