Initially I had trouble pairing the controller to my phone despite following guide, the consequence of this was I couldn't use the app. Customer service listed a number of checks, turns out the issue was a firmware update. I'm updated, paired, can use the app and able to use the product as intended, super happy now!

The programs are worthwhile, but I was under the impression that there was a lot of variety in programs. I've had other models that provide hiit training programs with quick pulses or hold pulses for a change of simulated time under tension.

Easy to use. Better it had a way to check for updates and firmware. And maybe more program ranges as all im using is the advanced tonning

I haven't used slender tone since 2021 as the app was absolute nonsense. I came back now to see what changed and to my shock the app has been patched and seems to pair now. This is admirable they still support it (at least till 2023 judging from patch notes) given the device got decommissioned. I changed my review to 5 stars, keep it up. Fun fact my slender tone battery was still half charged after all this time, can't remember when it was last charged

App says "internet connection appears to be offline" when trying to set up account or log in, and my internet connection is fine. Renders the app useless.

Always comes up with error that I have no Internet. I have never once been able to create an account or login as it's always flashing up the error I have no Internet connection. I suspect this is because I'm trying to run the app on a Samsung S20 and S22 and the app is built around a Nokia 3310. It does mean my Connect belt is pretty rubbish as all I can do with the device on the belt is switched it on and off. Overall, Slender tone need to up their game and improve this is awful.

Won't pair with my phone. Controller not found, I just got a new belt Abs 8, but it looks like I won't be able to use it, so money down the drain.
