Last two months, tried to make a payment my SLIC life insurance premium via this app. After inserting all the details and after pressing the 'pay', nothing happens thereafter. Today also tried. Please give some advice to this problem.

I only use SLIC. Was able to add motor insurance and has all the info (including claim status). However, group policies cannot be added because the policy number text box is accepting only digits. Fix it for better stars
