Very bad app, look and feel is very good in design. But operational fail. Card payments gateway make issues. Not supportive to do interaction to fulfill customer services as mentioned. After try to do policy related things and payments. When payments not proceed. Then CS asking to do bank transfer and send the slips in social messaging.

Cannot proceed online payment for my motor insurance After filled all the fields and After sending OTP payment rejected. Tried with three bank cards but result was same.
