Hi team, Tried to make a payment. After inserting all the details and after pressing the 'pay', nothing happens thereafter. Please advice. Thank you. . Update 16.05.2021 I upgraded my rating to 5 stars. One reason is that the Play Store team and the SLIC team responded to my query very quickly. Second reason is that the Sri Lanka Insurance (SLIC) technical team explained the issue (Which had nothing to do with the App) and was able to sort out the matter. Thank you

Very bad app, look and feel is very good in design. But operational fail. Card payments gateway make issues. Not supportive to do interaction to fulfill customer services as mentioned. After try to do policy related things and payments. When payments not proceed. Then CS asking to do bank transfer and send the slips in social messaging.
