It's really nice that this app has varying workout programs for slimming my waists. It makes things interesting as I get to do something new when I switch programs by the time I get bored with my routine. Also, the beats by the DJs also slap!

This used to be a great app, however after my last renewal I can't open it. I paid for the full year, but there's no service. Don't get it because you'll regret it.

Not free.....but states free This app claims to be a free one.....for the 1st day of the 1st week it is then u have to pay for everything else....for people that are really wanting to lose the weight don't tell them one thing and it's not what you say it is....I was ready to start today but was so disappointed that after one day this app was not free......
