WHY SLIMSOCIAL?
- LIGHTWEIGHT. The app is less than 10 MB. It saves storage, battery, and mobile data.
- NO ADS. SlimSocial hides ads, sponsored posts, stories, and the "People You May Know" block.
- NO NOTIFICATIONS. The app sends no notifications. You open your feed when you want to.
- PRIVATE. The app collects and transmits no personal or device information. You grant the camera, gallery, and location permissions one at a time, only if you want them.
- OPEN SOURCE. The full source code is on GitHub under the GPL-2.0 licence. Anyone can read it, verify it, and contribute.
- FREE. SlimSocial is free and contains no ads.
