ඇප් එක හොඳයි. CEB Bill ගෙවද්දී ඒකේ Account Number එක බලාගන්න පුලුවන් විදියට හදන්න. Bill එක ගියාද කියලා බලාගන්න බෑ. Transaction type කියන එක වෙනුවට අපි ගෙවපු Account Number එක දාන්න. ඒක ඉතාම අත්යවශ්යය දෙයක්. Bill ගියාද කියලා නැවත check කරගන්න බෑ අපිට.

Good facility. But User experience එක ගැන පොඩ්ඩක් හිතන්න... මේක use කරන්නේ busy අය... reload එකක් දාන්න ඕනි උනාම යටටම යන්න ඕනි... login වෙද්දී username password දෙන්න Remember option / biometric authentication දෙන්න...

Create a screen that makes it easy for the user to perform the required task as soon as the application is opened... It is very annoying to be asked for the username and password repeatedly. Remove it immediately. (යෙදුම විවෘත කළ වහාම පරිශීලකයාට අවශ්ය කාර්යය පහසුවෙන් ඉටු කිරීමට හැකි වන පරිදි තිරයක් සාදන්න... පරිශීලක නාමය සහ මුරපදය නැවත නැවතත් ඉල්ලා සිටීම ඉතා කරදරකාරී ය. එය වහාම ඉවත් කරන්න.)
