Worst app, worst service. My mother and I left Mobitel because the company's service, technology, app, and overall customer experience were terrible. Even if I had already paid Rs. 1,000 and the 30-day period ended, my SIM would be temporarily disconnected. I couldn't make outgoing calls and could only receive incoming calls. We had to reload the SIM every month just to keep it active. I had been using the same SIM card for 15–18 years, but the poor service and experience. Goodbye Mobitel.
