We can not change the packages by using app. Everytime we have to visit mobitel outlets, and it is not convenient at all. Mobitel outlets are very limited and staff is not adequate to give a good service. Contrasting to mobitel, dialog app enables us to change the data and voice packages. This is very important for post paid customers.

You can't activate a data package if it's already activated even there's no data left until it is expired. There's no way to deactivate the package in the app at least. We were able to activate packages back to back in the past. And now it says system under maintenance for at least two days. And even the web app won't activate data packages

Service is trash. App is trash. Packages are trash. Data speed is absolutely horrendous sometimes. Data packages are mostly scams or extremely limited. Just a garbage experience overall.

App is not working more than one week. Customer care assistant asked me to fix the bug myself. 🤣 Thank you mobitel.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
