A SLEEP TIMER THAT ACTUALLY SLEEPS
Set 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, any custom duration, or a wake-up time. Slumbertone fades out gently when the timer ends, or stops instantly if you prefer. It keeps playing in the background, so you can lock the screen and put the phone down.

WHY COLOR NOISE HELPS
Consistent background noise masks distractions and smooths out the sounds around you — traffic, a snoring partner, a noisy hallway, an open-plan office. Brown noise and white noise are the usual starting points for sleep; green noise and pink noise are gentler if white noise feels harsh. Many people use ambient sound for deep work, study sessions, reading, meditation, or settling down at bedtime.
