I always prefer buying on app rather online, so this is really nice! Currently the app is down, but when it's working it's great! I suggest getting this for an easier way to get sm merch! (sidenote: I saw some reviews for a 1 star mentioning not having bts merch... guys... this is SM not HYBE global shop... It's for SM entertainment groups)

Very easy to use, nice looking app and great range of SM ent. Products!
★★★★★
Easy to use. I've never had a problem with the app and I prefer ordering off the app vs the website.
★★☆☆☆
Very poor app, it says the app was having a maintenance but in the whole day? Are you kidding me? I was excited to buy merch, but I was very dismayed due to poor system.👎🏼

I preorder and paid for an album on June 7 and never received. It almost 3 months and remains unfulfilled.

All I wanted was my hot sauce keychain and haechan pc, but the shipping had to be $50 and my order came to a total of $80 for a plastic keychain and a piece of cardboard thank you sm🥺🥺‼️
