Recent changes: Now allows to suppress extra signature copy of receipt. Now invoices from anytime can be voided directly from POS. It is up to the payment processors or the external terminals to decide if the invoice can be voided or not. Bugs for Z-out report, X-out report and reorder level is fixed now. Status code for voided transactions updates immediately. Smart360POS now prints two receipts (merchant copy with signature panel and customer copy) for credit card transactions.

Hi, I got two store with this pos and one is running since 2015. Neve have much problem, that is true the support is very hard to get but the system working fine most of the time. For the price I paid I'm happy with it.

The product is very poor, support from either of the parent companies is non-existent, the UI is awful, all the documentation and how to videos are so out of date they are no help, the contact numbers on the interior of the boxes are wrong! (Dial their help line? Get entirely different companies.). From their product to their support to their business ethics, this device and its parent company are worse than useless, they are vile. Not until the time had elapsed for me to return it would they admit that it would not function as needed. Before the point of no return I was either ignored for weeks or told it was fixed. Each time it was not which would start the cycle of trying to get ahold of them anew. If you purchased this unit, take it back NOW. If you are considering this unit, keep looking. Or spend $921.21 CDN on a pointless paperweight and all the lies and toddler level games you can handle! (One tech pretended to be his own supervisor until I got him to slip up. They do not care to help you and will play juvenile games leading you on until you can not get your money back.) Beyond unconscionable.
