After using the smart connect App for the past 12 months without a lny problem, Just tried logging in after returning from Holiday in Turkey to find out I can no longer gain access to the app. Especially seen as I don't have a DHL email.

Decent app, but it still needs some work. It could easier to navigate, and I wish it had a dark mode (preferably AMOLED/black). I love that it has a lot of features, including chat, Employee Directory (for searching info on any employee), COVID-19 Information, Local News, etc. For DHL's in house social network, they have a very good baseline so far.

Awful. When updated could no longer access. Dhl constantly say" benefits on smart connect ". Due to the fact I cannot access smart connect I'm assuming I'm not eligible for any benefits!!

Absolutely rubbish app every 6 months you have to change your password also you need to download Microsoft authentication app and get a code to log back in to smart connect Why can't you make this app alot simpler to log in Its totally ridiculous You can log in to dhl pension app alot easier
