It is irritating to have to download an app when simple printed instructions would do the job. Still trying and trying to get the bracelet info. My recommendation? DON'T buy Pixelator products.

I have an older, non-electronic version of the toy, and I guess that's not good enough to he granted the honor and privilege of access to the app, without which you pretty much can't use the toy. I must go and buy another toy I guess, and then another one, every time you decide the app will only work for the newest model

PERLER BEADS DO NOT WORK--this is a waste of time. The beads that come with the product are too small, and the product is frustrating to use. You are better off finding a Perler pattern online and following instructions. This would have been incredible if it interfaced with Perler beads, but sadly, you can only use the ones that come in the package and have to buy additional beads in a very limited color spectrum. So disappointed.
