Brand new and won't connect via Bluetooth. I have a galaxy s24 ultra and the smart sketch app was just downloaded. It has all permissions, the smart sketch is right next to my phone, and it absolutely will not connect via the app. Really frustrating, I ordered this from your site and the reason I bought it was because of the connectivity bonus.

It never lets me connect to the smART sketcher always upsets me. I search for videos and watch them they don't even work the same way. I always end up wasting my time on it trying to connect Bluetooth. Please fix this I will change the review if you do
